Her Fashion Box ~ April 2014
I thought I cancelled my box, but SURPRISE! April arrived! As usual over a month late. GRRR
Her Fashion Box is a monthly subscription box from Australia which delivers:
- 3 x On-trend fashion accessories
- 4 x Beauty and Lifestyle deluxe samples
- 1 x Her Fashion Magazine
They have three types of boxes Classic, Feminine and Trendy. I subscribed for the classic box.The cost is $39.95 per month, with a promised value of over $110 and free shipping internationally.
NO magazine this month either. Just the silly little booklet that was wet so I tossed it.
My extra that was not in the box was these thin light purple knee-highs. Not too shabby. I decided to take a picture of the FABULOUS jewelry that came in my box. A clunky bracelet and fugly earrings. These are the tackiest earrings I have ever seen. They are gawdy gold with hideous blue stones which aren’t even glued on straight. I definitely won’t be wearing these either. NOT HAPPY
I must admit I am excited about the COCONUT hair spray. It smells divine! I also like the nail file. One can’t have enough of those!
OH and the soap. Coconut and honey which is simply divine. It smells SO GOOD.
Finally 5 satchets, in Honey Nextar, Neroli Clementine, Basil & Grape, Black Current Iris and Sugar Rose Tiger Lily). Not a fan of sachets.
I’m do glad this is my last box. Its so cheap and blah. So not work the $40 I paid for it. DO you get this box? What are your thoughts?
I paid for this HORRID box and all opinions are mine. ~D
Her Fashion Box ~ March 2014
Finally the March box arrived. Umm I paid for this in February! I know being an overseas subscriber I wont get my boxes as fast, but this is ridiculous! Anyway….

Apparently March is Her Fashion Box’s birthday. (per the magazine I forgot to take a picture of) To celebrate we got a bag of candy and a pumice stone as a bonus. The stone is super cheap looking and has crappy plastic wrapping. They list the value of $7.95 but seriously it looks like a $ store item!
Designer Brands ~ Outrageous Volume Mascara. I totally thought this was Covergirl. Turns out to be an Oz brand.
Color by TBN ~ Moisturizing Lipstick
The lipstick dislocated and smashed against the lid. I didn’t like the shade anyway. OH again, this looks like Revlon Colourburst Lipstick, the packaging is identical. *shrug*
Fast Tan Le Tan in Le Can I don’t use spray tans or do any fake/real baking.
Argania ~ Hair oil. The box reads it’s for light hair. I have DARK brown hair.
Her Fashion Box ~ Moon of My Life scarf. Really pretty and big. Black with a white spacy design. The only thing I like in this box.
Her Fashion Box Sauron Ring. SUPER cheap looking/feeling.
Her Fashion Box Charmed chunky UGLY necklace.
I don’t know if I’m just crabby or burnt out on sub boxes. I am not one bit happy with HFB. I wasn’t too impressed with my first box and this one. Total disappointment. NOT work the 39.99 I paid.
Her Fashion Box ~ February 2014
Her Fashion Box (Australia) sends you one on-trend fashion accessory tailored to your style profile (you can select from Classic, Feminine or Trendy. I chose Classic), as well as a number of carefully selected beauty products. In addition, boxes will include products, samples or offers from premium lifestyle brands that could include things such as gorgeous stationery, luxury candles, beauty or spa services, hair and make-up tools, gourmet food or wine tasters, cute home wares, online products, entertainment and more.
Price is $39.95 with FREE shipping
As you can see they send two magazines. I LOVE magazines from foreign countries!
I took a picture of the jewelry first because it came in a tangled mess. But after I fixed it I got over it. LOL
It’s nothing I’d wear but it’s nice enough to gift to someone.
Here is the rest of my loot:
Rituelle Ginger Apple Perfume (~$14): Totally love this and while browsing their site, I now realized that I need to try their “Cotton Candy” scent.
Bondi Sands Summer Bronze Instant Tan (~$16): I briefly tested this out and thought the smell was fantastic. It washed right off too so that’s good for mistakes. I’m good at those LOL
Mirenesse Lip Bomb (#2) (~$35): I have received a lip bomb in the past, I actually sub to their box 🙂 Their products are pricey but they always offer FANTASIC deals so I get product for a steal.
Shadow Shields (Sample) I never have use for these.
ChapStick Day & Night (~$6): Do we have these here? I don’t believe we do, but I wish we did.
All totaled (using the current exchange rate and some estimates), I came up with a value of $95.50 for the February 2014 Her Fashion Box. The box works out to be about $36USD (shipping is free), so I was pretty happy with it. The perfume, tanner, chapstick and magazine made the box for me. The rest was just a bonus!
If you are a new subscriber, you can use the code “HFB5OFF” to save $5 off your first box!!
I paid for this box and all opinions are mine. ~D
