March’s Julep Maven theme is “The Riviera Collection”. I did not like ANY of the colors so I went with Modern Beauty this month.

postheadericon The Maz Box ~ March 2014

The Maz Box is a monthly subscription of cute and fascinating beauty products mainly from popular Korean brands. May include Japanese and other Asian brands. Occasionally, there are some additional surprises!

Price: $25/month and promises to include 5-7 full sized products in every box

This is my second box and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Such fabulous products! Besides I have a new obsession with Koren/Japanese cosmetics.

I love how they put personalized notes in your box and also sheets for the products that don’t have English instructions on them.

Nautre Republic 92% Aloe Soothing Gel. They offer 10 ways to use it on their blog www.themazbox.com/blognews. INTERESTING!

Etude House Spatula ~ To use instead of fingers to dip into your gel.

A’Pieu Twinkle Nail Polish

A’Pieu Nature Easy Eyebrown pencil

A’Pieu Shea Butter Hand Cream in Rose scent

(5) Lioele Blackhead Nose Patch

Unfortunate for me I had to cancel until after I move. Once I get settled this is the first box I’m resubbing too!

I paid for this box and all opinions are mine. ~D

postheadericon Her Fashion Box ~ February 2014

Her Fashion Box (Australia) sends you one on-trend fashion accessory tailored to your style profile (you can select from Classic, Feminine or Trendy. I chose Classic), as well as a number of carefully selected beauty products. In addition, boxes will include products, samples or offers from premium lifestyle brands that could include things such as gorgeous stationery, luxury candles, beauty or spa services, hair and make-up tools, gourmet food or wine tasters, cute home wares, online products, entertainment and more.

Price is $39.95 with FREE shipping

As you can see they send two magazines. I LOVE magazines from foreign countries!

I took a picture of the jewelry first because it came in a tangled mess. But after I fixed it I got over it. LOL

It’s nothing I’d wear but it’s nice enough to gift to someone.

Here is the rest of my loot:

Rituelle Ginger Apple Perfume (~$14):  Totally love this and while browsing their site, I now realized that I need to try their “Cotton Candy” scent.

Bondi Sands Summer Bronze Instant Tan (~$16): I briefly tested this out and thought the smell was fantastic. It washed right off too so that’s good for mistakes. I’m good at those LOL

Mirenesse Lip Bomb (#2) (~$35): I have received a lip bomb in the past, I actually sub to their box 🙂 Their products are pricey but they always offer FANTASIC deals so I get product for a steal.

Shadow Shields (Sample) I never have use for these.

ChapStick Day & Night (~$6): Do we have these here?  I don’t believe we do, but I wish we did.

All totaled (using the current exchange rate and some estimates), I came up with a value of $95.50 for the February 2014 Her Fashion Box.  The box works out to be about $36USD (shipping is free), so I was pretty happy with it.  The perfume, tanner, chapstick and magazine made the box for me.  The rest was just a bonus!

If you are a new subscriber, you can use the code “HFB5OFF” to save $5 off your first box!!

I paid for this box and all opinions are mine. ~D

postheadericon PopSugar Must Have ~ February 2014

PopSugar has been hit or miss for me lately. I’m kind of considering cancelling, especially if they keep having boxes like they have been lately.

For $39.99 I’ve been expecting more useful things. I guess you can’t please everyone. BONUS though for those of you who want to give it a go. There is a current code that gives you $10 off your fist box. BOX10 or MARCH10

Here is what February gave me:

I paid for this box on my own and all opinions are mine. There are affiliate links and I’d LOVE if you used them. ~D
