Back in February POPSUGAR announced their newest Limited Edition box: the Resort box. It was supposed to ship by March 31st. Mine shipped April 5th. Not only that, I moved and evidently didn’t change my address in time, so they had to forward it. I just got it. I might add I had to bail it out of post office jail because they charged me $10.30 for having to “reship” it. I wasn’t home when the mail carrier stopped by. GRRR

Since mine was late I had to fight to ignore all spoilers online. Very hard to do, but this made getting the box extra fun. I loved the big sturdy black box and how everything was individually wrapped inside. It was like Christmas!

(not pictured) Instead of the usual pink tissue, this box was wrapped in blue. There was also the usual fold out card that listed all the contents.

Here is what I unwrapped.

 

 

 

 

 

Sisco Berluti ~ Bracelet stack. ($100) This bauble was made exclusively for PopSugar. Very beautiful and weighty. I’m not a “gold” person, but I love the turquoise part.

Cuyana ~ Turkish Towel. ($55) Made in Turkey from fine-grade cotton (super soft) and bamboo. It’s It’s superlight and ultra-absorbent not to mention HUGE. For some reason I can’t find the picture I took. I can’t take another because the cats have claimed it.

 

 

 

 

Epicuren Discovery ~ Tropical Lave. ($24) HUGE tube! I love it! Coconut oil & papaya extract are the two main ingredients. It smells AMAZING! Oh and you can use it as a shampoo.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

R.B of McD #2 Clutch.  ($140) Another PopSugar exclusive. Made from canvas and leather. The other variation was all navy. I like mine better. 🙂

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Clark’s Botanicals ~ Cellular Lifting Moisture Mist ($13.50) I’ve become obsessed with face/body mists. I love how they leave me feeling cool and refreshed.  This mist is suppose to minimize wrinkles, hydrate, heal sensitive areas and firm the skin. YaY!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Smashbox Cosmetics’s ~ The Santigolden Age: Double-Ended Limitless Eyeliner ($24): I am definitely going to trade this since blue and yellow eyeliner are just not for me. It is pretty though.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Salty Road ~ Salt Water Taffy (salty caramel apple) ($6.50) This taffy is amazing! I will be hunting this down online to buy more. I’d like to try other flavors as well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All together I came up with a value of $363 for this box. CRAZY!!   This is an estimated value though since two of the items (the bracelet stack and the clutch) are POPSUGAR exclusives and aren’t for sale anywhere. This is my LAST limited edition box. Great items, but not really my style. The only sure thing for me was the wash.

Anyway, this was a total splurge for sure!

BTW I e-mailed about the extra shipping. Long story short, I got an extra gift sent to me. I’d add it to next month’s box so you can see it.
